Traditional, yet comprehensive blood work is ordered through LabCorp. Blood can be drawn at our local Asheville office or at a Labcorp facility closer to home. Our blood panels are typically much more comprehensive than a traditional panel you may be used to.

DUTCH - Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones

The DUTCH test delivers the most complete assessment of adrenal and sex hormones, along with their metabolites, in one easy to administer test. No blood to draw, spitting in tubes or filling up jugs of urine. The dried urine collection process is great for baseline measurements of women with hormonal imbalances and for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) monitoring.

Their Food Inflammation Test (FIT 176) uses new technology that measures both IgG and Immune Complexes, enhancing sensitivity and specificity, all from a home collected finger-prick sample.   The FIT 176 test measures sensitivities of 176 different foods and additives as well as a gut barrier panel to assess leaky gut.

Gemelli offers clinically certified, simple, at-home tests to help identify the root cause of gut symptoms. Their tests can identify SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), IMO (Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth), ISO (Intestinal Sulfide Overproduction) and PI-IBS - Post-Infectious Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Realtime is used for comprehensive urine mycotoxin testing to screen patients with suspected mold exposure and will help guide treatment when positive.
