Insight Integrative Medicine is a leading provider in integrative and functional medicine in western NC and is located near downtown Asheville.

Insight was founded in 2018 by Dr. Susan Bradt, a family medicine physician certified in functional medicine who has been providing care in integrative and functional medicine in Asheville since 2007. In 2026, we welcomed nurse practitioner Amanda Johnson to our team!

Insight Integrative Medicine provides consultations and ongoing integrative care for individuals seeking a higher degree of investigation and assistance untangling the root causes of health issues in order to regain wellness and vitality.  Dr. Bradt and Amanda blend highly specialized care with a compassionate and personalized approach.

Consultations for Health Optimization are also offered to those who want a better understanding of their health markers, nutritional status and genetics in order to optimize health and wellbeing.
